9. Small Repairs and Adjustments
Take care that the machine is turned OFF from power and air supply first before
making any repairs. Lock the main switch of the machine.
9.1 Pressure Settings
Pressure Value Adjustment
Main input 6 Bar (0.6 MPa) Knob on top of pressure regulator/ filter unit
in the left front of the bottom compartment
9.2 Focusing the Fiducial Camera
Focusing the fiducial cameras of the HC-100 and HC-200 require a different focusing height,
see next table.
NOTE: Before taking on this focusing job it is better to remove all the tools together with its
wires and air lines from the Coating Head.

Resulting value reading ‘FOCUS’ height in
‘Calibration’ screen will be approx.:

If a fiducial camera is out of focus, it should be focused in the following way:
The camera must display live video on the PC screen.
Place a product on the product supports (or on the conveyor – when a conveyor is present
- against the stoppers) underneath the camera.
Adjust the height of the camera according to the table above.
Check and adjust the focus of the camera as follows:
Loosen both setting screws #1. The camera lens can now be moved up and down by
using special tool TO-10711 (#2) pressed against the lens (through the hole). The
camera display shows the camera image.
Move the lens until the display shows a sharp image, and fasten both setting screws
(#1).
