2. Mount the new differential pressure switch on the panel. Remove the cover as shown
under item 1. Put the cable through the union nut and connect the wires as follows. The
yellow-green cable to ground. Black cable #1 to the upper connection (COMMON). The
black cable #2 tot the middle connection (NORM OPEN). Finally the black cable #3 to the
lower connection (NORM CLOSED). Then close the cover firmly by tightening the four
bolts.
NOTE: The new differential pressure switch needs no calibration as it already is calibrated
at the factory.
Also make sure that the grey cable is fitted air tight through the union nut.
3. Mount the lower air line at the exhauster pipe to the first port of the differential pressure
switch (this is the low pressure line). Mount the high air line at the exhauster pipe to the
rear port of the differential pressure switch (this is the high pressure line).
NOTE: In order to ensure an air tight fit of the low and high pressure connections, use
Loctite 542.
