1) Follow “Wireless Client (C61W)
Network LED Failures”
troubleshooting above
1) Ensure that the Wireless Video Bridge is
in a vertical position.
2) If possible, ensure that there are no
obstructions (e.g., cabinets or TV ).
3) Did the customer move the Wireless Video
Bridge?
a. YES: Move the Wireless Video Bridge
back to its original location.
b. NO: Continue.
4) Did the customer move the C61W from its
original location?
a. YES: Ensure the C61W is in a
location where its Network Status
LED is GREEN.
i. If customer cannot get a
GREEN LED, explain that the
range between C61W and the
Wireless Video Bridge is limited
and either:
1. Have customer move the
C61W back to the
original location, or
2. If the customer does not
want to move the C61W
back to the original
location, offer a Relocate.
b. NO:
5) If issue persists, offer a service call.
