Delivery Valve Holder and Sealing
Washer
(Bosch VE) – Replacement
14mm and 17mm
Disconnect the high pressure line.

Remove the delivery valve holder and sealing
washer.
Insert the sealing washer(1) and the delivery valve(2)
in the pump. Insert the ship(4) and spring(3) in the
holder(5).
Fit the spring(3) over the valve(2) and turn the
holder(5) into the pump.
14mm
Tighten the holder to 49 Nm [37 ft-lbs].
