None Obstruction
Door is obstructed by an obstacle and door
movement was stopped by operator.
Check door movement while system is de-energized and
remove cause of anything obstructing ease of movement.
Sustained operation on a door with an obstruction can
result in damage to drive.
Obstructions are often triggered by people using door. This
may be because the sensors’ detection range does not
match operator's opening speed and door is unavoidably
contacted by persons using it. In this case, the sensors’
detection range should be increased and/or the operator's
opening speed should be increased.
Test / prove system operation.
In 08
None Deactivation of drive function
Contact 4/4a is open. Operator switches to
emergency mode and can now only be used
manually.
An emergency close, lock switch, or another safety system
may be connected to the input.
One of these activators may have actually triggered a
signal, or a defect is present.
Reset activation. Operator should start operation
automatically. If this is not the case, check system wiring
and systems that caused the error.
In 09
None Upgrade Card signal error
Installed upgrade card has been
removed or, if two upgrade cards were
installed, the upgrade card installed first
(Container module) has not been plugged
back in.
Installed upgrade cards must remain permanently connected
to control unit and may not be removed.
If several upgrade cards are installed, the first
upgrade card that was plugged in will become the
Container module and must be reinserted into
control unit last. (See Single door Installation manual
“Upgrade Cards”).

Triggering of hold-open system
Hold-open device was triggered.
Hold-open system can be triggered:
1) Automatically by smoke detector.
2) Pressing a manual release pushbutton.
3) Manually moving door.
The system must be reactivated by a deliberate action.
Depending on system’s configuration, device can be
reactivated by:
1) Door being manually opened to learned opening angle.
2) Program switches are switched OFF.
3) A reset being performed using and buttons on
user interface.
During reactivation process, ensure that smoke detector has
not been triggered.
If reactivation is unsuccessful, there may be a defect
in smoke detector system or its connection and system
requires inspection by qualified staff.
In 23
None Door locked signal
The door is blocked while in the “closed”
position, the door cannot be opened.
A locked door is the most common cause of this error.
Install a lock switch to avoid this this error.
Lock switch detects lock pin’s switching status and will
switch operator off if necessary.
It is recommended to use a lock switch, as persistent
attempts to open the locked door can lead to the operator
system or the door being damaged.
In 61
None Communication error of double door
systems.
Communication between two operators has
been interrupted.
Check communication cable between the two operators.
Follwing a visual inspection, check that the correct
interface on the control unit is being used.
In 72
None Current measuring circuit
System could not successfully perform the
cyclical test (performed every 24 hours) of
internal current measuring circuit.
Current measuring is influenced by system tolerances and
by environmental conditions; for these reasons the cyclical
test cannot always be successfully completed the first
time. An information message (ln 72) is then displayed.
Cyclical test may fail, for example, if someone uses door
while cyclical test is in progress. In this event, the test is
repeated automatically.
