BEFORE PERFORMING ANY MAINTENANCE PROCEDURE, STOP THE ENGINE AND DISCONNECT THE
SPARK PLUG WIRE.
SYMPTOM POSSIBLE CAUSE
Blade vibrates when
engaged.
The blade may not be seated properly on the hub. Loosen the Blade Bolt, reset
the Blade and tighten the Bolt. Be sure to turn OFF the engine and remove the
spark plug wire before performing this operation.
The spindle bearings may be bad. Call 1(800) DR-OWNER (376-9637) for
assistance.
The blade is not
cutting or is loose.
The Blade may not be seated properly on the hub. Loosen the Blade Bolt, reset
the Blade and tighten the Bolt. Be sure to turn OFF the engine and remove the
spark plug wire before performing this operation.
Sharpen the Blade; it may be dull or nicked.
Wheels pulling left
or right.
Check the tire pressure. There should be 14 psi in each tire.
