● Take out pack of discharged alkaline AA batteries
(or discharged NiCd battery pack, respectively) and
disconnect.
● Remove discharged batteries from battery holder,
clip in six new batteries.
NOTE: Ensure correct polarity when inserting new
batteries.
● Re-attach plug of battery pack to receptacle in
battery compartment and insert pack.
● Install cover and tighten screw.
The ventilator can be operated for approximately
4 hours with a pack of fresh alkaline batteries.
An additional external supply can be connected to
extend the electrical operation time:
● Use a DC/DC converter (part no. 84 12 071)
or
● use an AC adapter (part no. 84 12 709).

● Only use AC power supply 84 12 709!
● Connect power plug to 115 V outlet and DC plug
to DC socket on Oxylog 2000.

Treatment of batteries:
- Do not throw into fire!
- Do not force open!
- Do not attempt to recharge
alkaline batteries!
