Owner's Manual for DUKE TSC Proofer Oven
with Touch Screen Controls
2. Remove USB dust cap.
3. Load all desired les onto the same USB
drive. (lename.scr) Insert USB drive with
the desired les. The green LED will ash
indicating loading process.
4. The new les will load and the screen will
display the load status in blue text. The
load time depends on the number and size
of the les but may take several minutes to
complete

5. When Complete, the unit beeps once and
reverts to the Oven/Proofer Main Menu
screen.

6. The new les can now be viewed by
accessing the Maintenance Screen and
selecting the desired Maintenance Function
