4.5.8 Frequency
Use the Frequency option to set the frequency system for your area.
To set the frequency:
4. Turn on the video camera and switch to Setup mode.
5. Press the Navigation pad to highlight the Frequency
option. Press the Shutter button to display the submenu.
6. Press the Navigation pad to select 50 Hz or 60 Hz. Press
the Shutter button to confirm.
