TURN THE POWER TO THE GATE OPERATOR OFF
AND UNLOCK THE FIRE BOX
THE CHAIN IS HELD IN PLACE BY A SPRING LOADED PIN
The Fail Safe System does not require a crank or special tool to manually open the gate in case
of emergency. If a situation does arrise, simply turn off the power switch and push open the gate.
Mounting The Secondary Entrapment
Note: Eagle Access Control Systems, Inc.
recommends the installation of Edge Sensors
on all sliding gate operator systems.
Edge Sensors should be
appropriately installed at
recommended locations to
ensure proper entrapment
protection against injury.
