With this option you can lock any input of module, and as a result condition
changes on this input will be ignored and will not be reported to monitoring station.
Lock may be persistent or temporary.
In case of temporary lock – user can set lock time and number of input state
changes after which lock occurs. Lock time is counted from first input state change.
Both types of lock can be deactivated by SMS or GRPS command (RLIMIT
command)
Temporary lock may be deactivated by SMS or GPRS command (RLIMIT command).

Partitions are configured using 3.Inputs/Outputs->Partitions tab.
