DESCRIPTION OF STANDARD UNIT
The air-cooled condenser units with axial-flow fans oper-
ate with R407C refrigerant and are suitable for outdoor
installation in combination with HEN SE e HED SE direct
expansion terminals. The units conform to the essential
requisites established in EC directive 89/392. They are
factory tested and on site installation is limited to the
water and electrical connections.
Heat exchanger protection grills and condensate
pan (models 0011- 0061) fitted as standard.
STRUCTURE
Panels and bed plate are made from cataphoretic coat-
ed galvanised steel to ensure total resistance to atmos-
pheric agents.
COMPRESSORS
Hermetic rotary scroll compressor with sump heater
and thermal cut-out.
CONDENSER/EVAPORATOR
Made using copper tubes and aluminium fins with a high
exchange surface area. Connections with cocks and flared
fittings.
FANS
Statically and dynamically balanced low revolution external
impeller axial-flow fans. Six-pole electric motor with built-
in thermal cut-out.
Housed in aerodynamic draught tubes with accident pre-
vention grill. Device for operation according to out-
side air temperatures with continuous regulation of fan
rotation speed via temperature transducer.
REFRIGERANT CIRCUIT
Refrigerant circuit with filter, thermostatic expansion valve
with external equaliser, 4-way reversal valve and liquid
receiver
(HCAN TE and HCAT TE 0011÷0061)
. Safety pres-
sure switches to control delivery and intake pressure.
Unit supplied complete with non-freezing oil and refriger-
ant, factory tested.
POWER AND CONTROL ELECTRICAL PANEL
Power and control electrical panel constructed in accor-
dance with IEC 204-1/EN60204-1, complete with compres-
sor contactor and thermal overload switch and door lock
safety device. Control via “HSA3” control panel.
OPTIONAL ACCESSORIES
- Rubber vibration dampers.
-Wall mounting brackets (models 0011÷0061).
-Condensate pan (models 0071÷0121).
-Kit for connection to internal unit complete with: filter
dehydrator, thermostatic valve, solenoid valve, nonreturn
valve.
-Heat exchanger protection grill (HCAN TE).
- Remote keyboard kit.
