WARNING!
Special care is necessary in the use and handling of chemical metered
fluids!
Please adhere under all circumstances to the product data-sheet for the
metered fluid, in order to avoid corrosive injuries of all types!
Before commissioning, check the chemical resistance of the valve materials
to the metered fluid.
The unit connections must be installed free of all stresses!
The overpressure function is preset at the manufacturer's works to 3 bar
and must be adjusted to accord with the actual pressure conditions and
ratios of the metering pump and metering line!
Opening pressure should be approx. 20 % above working pressure
(metering pump). Observe permissible metering pump pressure and
system-line pressure.
Ensure that the metering line is not shut-off at any point.

Metering counterpressure is relieved in the venting position, in order that bubbles of
included air can escape into the bypass line.
1. T
urn Rotary Knob B approx. 3 revolutions (overpressure valve) to the left until
metered fluid enters the bypass line.
2. Then close it again.
