Step 6: Connect supply wires to the meter’s terminal block
The following diagram is embossed on the underside of the meter terminal cover. The following is
highlighted here in green for clarity.

To connect the supply wires to the terminal block:
1. Unsheathe each length of cable. The unsheathed length of cable end should be long enough to
contact both screws of each terminal without hitting the back of the terminal. 25mm is the
recommended length.
2. Using a hand-held torque screwdriver, secure each terminal’s two screws (M6 thread) with a
recommended 2.5Nm torque (Note: Design maximum torque is 3.0Nm)
