Project Name: (8 char max) is used to identify a specific project.
Alphanumeric characters - no spaces.
Project Description: (20 char max) provides a description of the project.
Type: defines the fire panel model associated with this project.
For annunciators operating in the IRC-3 and FCC modes, continue with
the next section. For annunciators operating in the LSS4 mode,
continue with the LSS4 Configuration section.

3 and FCC menus below.
