-P = Communications Port
-R = Report Generation
-S = Source File Name
-T = Target File Name
-X = Download Target Node
-Z = Convert an IRC-3.N file to CMDN format
Example:
To convert an IRC-3 data entry file to FCC format, at the C:\CMDN
prompt type:
CONVERT [-C -S[source] -T[target] -D[A-Z] -L[00-07]
Where <source> is the name of the source file (including the
extension), <target> is the name of the target file (including the
extension), [display] is either A to Z, and [line] is the data line number.
To download a database using the CONVERT.EXE program, type the
following at the C:\CMDN prompt:
CONVERT -X[node] -S[source] -P[port]
Where [node] is the download target node, [source] is the name
of the source file (including the extension), and [port] is the
communications port via which the download will be accomplished.

Downloading to the CMDN/SMDN
When all CMDN/SMDNs have been configured, the information must
be individually down loaded into each CMDN/SMDN's memory.
1. Remove power from the CMDN/SMDN to be programmed.
2. Connect the CMDN/SMDN to the PC.
3. Apply power to the CMDN/SMDN to be programmed. The display
should show the following screen for up to 15 seconds.
JAN 01 01:01:01 M000
START UP:
DATABASE INTEGRITY
TEST... PLEASE WAIT
4. Acknowledge any unacknowledged messages that appear on the
display.
5. Set Dip switch SW1-4 to the ON position. The following message
should appear:
-SYSTEM PROGRAMMING-
SET SW4 OF S1 TO
THE OFF POSITION.
6. Set Dip switch SW1-4 to the OFF position. The following message
should appear:
