device may specify fuse rangs to ensure correct operaon of the over-current
protecon device. Ensure that the fuse used is suitable for the starng currents given on
the motor rang plate.
The diameter of the outer sheath of the electrical supply cable must be within the range
7 mm to 10.5 mm. The cable must conform in size and colour coding with the local and
naonal electrical installaon regulaons. The temperature rang of the cable must be
70 °C or greater.

4.6.1 Amphenol version single-phase motors
When selecng the mang half of the amphenol connector, please ensure that it is
compable.
The protecve earth (ground) connecon is required to make rst and break last with
respect to the other connecons.
