Check the failure code
which is indicated on
the LCD-display.
1. Er05 and
2. Er06, Er10, Er12, Er28
and
3. EPO
4. Er11
5. Er15
6. Er24
7. other failure code
1. Check if the connection of
the battery is correct, load
the batteries again for 8
hours to see if the UPS
backups normally.
2. Reduce the load at the
output of the UPS. If the
isolation of the cord is
damaged, it has to be
substituted.
3. Delete the short-circuit,
that has occurred on the
EPO-switch.
4. Remove items which
block the ventilated outputs.
5. Ensure that the UPS is in
normal service. If it is in
CVCF-mode, you have to
switch-off and start the UPS
again.
6. If the UPS is in CVCF-
mode, the bypass input is
blocked. You have to
switch-off the UPS and the
bypass input and then start
the UPS again.
7. Contact your local
supplier for help.
Load the batteries longer
that 8 hours and repeat the
test. If the problem still is
not solved, the batteries
have to be exchanged.
