10.2 Failure codes
The following schedule illustrates the existing failure codes of the UPS:
1. Phase BUS capacitor pre-voltage is faulty (<90% battery voltage
after 30 seconds ) or battery fuse failed (relays soft start on).
2. AC SCR or battery SCR soft start is faulty (<90% battery voltage or
<85% voltage peak supply after 3 seconds ) (ACSCRDrv or battery
SCrDrv on).
3. PFC (additional voltage) is faulty after 30 seconds (PFCUPDrv and
PFCDNDrv on).
Batteries are low or have been bad during self-test.
Short circuit at the output.
DC BUS under load failed.
charger out of service or failed.
Ventilator is out of service.
Mistaken MTBS input process or failed MTBS activation in the CVCF-
mode.
EEPROM defect UPS is in presetting-mode (normal/220V/adj0%/+/-
3Hz/low sen)
AC Bus voltage can not release.
Bypass SCR or output fuse failed.
Inverter relays or SCR or output fuse failed.
Bypass input has been locked during service in CVCF-mode.
