Cutout Insulation Installation

Fastening with Star Screws
Use the star screws to additionally fix
the insulation boards in place.
One star screw per insulation element.
Steps
• Align in center of cutout insulation
• Drill hole diameter is 8.5 Ø.
• Wall opening is 4 cm.
• Screw in star screws.
Installation of Mesh or Protective
Grating
The protective grating is installed at
the rear at the sheet metal frame of the
insulation using sheet metal screws.
