6 TAKING MEASUREMENTS - USING ‘LOG INTERVAL’
Follow this procedure to take measurements at set time intervals and log the results
into your gauge memory. Each time a measurement is taken, the readings are written
into the batch selected.
1. Check and if necessary adjust the interval setting of your gauge (the time period
between measurements during automatic logging) - see “Interval” on page 18.
2. From MENU, scroll to Log interval and then press OK.
The LOG INTERVAL menu is displayed. This menu lists all the batches.
Only empty batches [ ] can be used for interval logging. Batches which
have been used previously for manual logging [ ] and closed batches
[ ] cannot be used.
Note: If the gauge memory is full, the batches are unavailable [ ] and the
batches must be cleared before logging can start.
Batches are given numbers by your gauge (Batch 1, Batch 2, etc.). If required,
use ElcoMaster
TM
software (see page 17) to give your batches names instead
of numbers.
