• Press Agitator start .
• Press Increase speed , the agitator starts at the
lowest speed of 20 rpm. (Max. speed 100 rpm.)
• Press Decrease speed to reduce the speed.
• Press Agitator stop to stop the program.
WHIP
The fixed program WHIP is used in order to whip the
softer products e.g. cream. Using a whipping tool can be
an advantage. Available as accessories.
• Press Increase speed until WHIP appears in the
display:
PRESET AG.PROGR
WHIP
SPD TIME R PAUSE
XXX XX:XX X XX:XX
• Press Agitator start .
• Press Increase speed , the agitator starts at the
lowest speed of 20 rpm. (Max. speed 200 rpm.)
• Press Decrease speed to reduce the speed.
• Press Agitator stop to stop the program.
STEP
The fixed program STEP is used to move the agitator tool
step by step. Also works without grid and with tilted pan.
• Press Increase speed until STEP program appears
in the display:
PRESET AG.PROGR
STEP
SPD TIME R PAUSE
XXX XX:XX X XX:XX
• Press Agitator start .
• Every time Agitator start is pressed, the tool mo-
ves one step.
• Press Agitator stop to stop the program.
