4.3 Serial control mode
This option is used when an electronic thermostat controls the CF10C Inverter uses
a serial communication protocol. Based on Embraco protocol it is possible to dene
the compressor speed and check other parameters.
4.3.1 Serial specications and Internal Circuit
The Serial Control mode has an isolated input stage provided by the usage of op-
tocouplers. The circuit on Figure 4.4 shows the electrical connections to perform
serial communication between an electronic thermostat and Fullmotion CF10C In-
verter serial connector (CN204).
The input resistance for serial communication, shown in Figure 4.4, is 1.2 k.
