8. Follow the instructions on the screen.
Do not remove the USB cable during the update process.
After the successful firmware update, the EZ 1000 restarts and the LED switches to a
steady light – provided that a sensor is connected and within the OK range.
The firmware version, currently installed on the EZ 1000, can be verified by the
Online View of Machine Studio (see
Chapter 9
).
9. Check the configuration of the EZ 1000. If necessary load the configuration saved
beforehand to the converter (see
Send a saved configuration file to the EZ 1000
).
10. Disconnect the USB cable.

Finally, check the calibration of the EZ 1000 (see
Section 10.5
).
