4.3.3 Third and fourth column submenus
From the second column submenus, selecting the right key moves the display into the
third column submenus.
The third column submenu may be another menu or a list of parameters. The up and down
keys allow the display to move to the different parameters or menus. The third or fourth
column submenu may be a parameter list. When a parameter list is displayed, the cursor
blinks. The up and down keys select the value for the parameter displayed.
