If the input signal OVE is closed(1), then the movement velocity by ‘VEL’ changes to 16 steps
(0%~150%) by OV1, OV2, OV4, OV8, on the other hand, if the input signal OVE is opened(0), then the
OV1, OV2, OV4, OV8 are ignored.

If the input signal JOVE is closed(1) and JOT is opened(0), then the manual feed velocity is changed
into 16 steps(0~150%) by the JOV1,JOV2,JOV4,JOV8, on the other hand, if JOVE and JOT are closed(1),
then the manual feed velocity changes to a setting value(X-axis:60~75, Y-axis:80~95) from the L Var
Table.
If the input signal JOVE is opened(0), then the JOV1, JOV2, JOV4 and JOV8 are ignored..
