Supporting probes against warping
For WHG approval:
For probe lengths ≥ 3 m a support is required (see figure).
For GL/ABS approval:
Rod probes ∅16 mm ≤ 1 m permissible, rod probes ∅6 mm not permissible.
For coax probes ≥ 1 m a support is required (see figure).
