Twisted, shielded pairs must be used. The cable specifications can be taken from the FF
specification or IEC 61158-2. The following have been found suitable:
• Siemens 6XV1 830-5BH10
• Kerpen CEL-PE/OSCR/PVC/FRLA FB-02YS(ST)YFL
• Belden 3076F
3.6 Connecting the measuring unit
Ground connection
It is necessary to make a good ground connection to the ground terminal on the outside of the
housing, in order to achieve EMC security.

For wire cross-sections of 0.5 to 2.5 mm
