WARNING
For protection against fire and electrical shock
use only UL listed 10A, 250V fast acting fuses,
5mm x 20mm (F1, F2). Access should be made
by qualified service technicians only.
Hospital grade cord must be used. Refer to
operation and care manual or contact
manufacturer for acceptable cords. Equipment
must be connected to an equivalent receptacle
marked “hospital grade”.
1. Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet
and the power switch assembly.
2. Using a thin implement, open the fuse
compartment door.
3. Using a thin implement, pull the fuse drawer
out from the compartment.
4. Using a thin implement, push the fuses up
and out of the drawer.
5. Replace with a new fuse.
6. Push the drawer back into the compartment.
7. Close the compartment door.
