Labels, paper dust, or sticky material on the paper pressure rollers may cause paper jams or blurred printing
results.
Clean the paper pressure rollers following the procedure below.

If paper has been loaded, remove it.

Push the lever backward and open the top cover.

Remove labels, paper dust, and adhesive materials from the paper pressure rollers using an alcohol-soaked
cotton swab.
