Checking Whether the Printer Driver Is Installed
Check whether or not the required
soware
and applications are installed on the computer.
To print with this printer, a printer driver is required. Check whether or not the printer driver is installed by
following the steps below.
A
Open Printers & scanners on your computer.

Check that the printer name is displayed.
If not, the printer driver is not installed.

Install the printer driver.

The Printer does Not Turn On
Check that the power cable is connected to the printer and outlet properly.

Print Job is Canceled on PC but “Printing” Message on Printer Does
Not Disappear
If you cancel printing in printer queue on the computer, it may cause the print data to break up and “Printing...”
may be kept displayed on the operation panel of the printer.
To cancel the status, press the
(cancel) button on the operation panel, and then select All label formats.
If the print job cannot be canceled aer performing the above operations, restart the printer.
