Raise the paper feed slot cover with your
nger
placed on the tab (shown inside the circle below) and
conrm that no labels is stuck to the paper feed slot cover.

Manually cut the paper.
H
Retract the paper, being careful not to get ink on your hands.
I
Manually cut the paper near the paper pressure rollers and remove it.
