Battery Charge Indication
The status of the battery charge is indicated as follows.
O: ON    k: Flashing    N: OFF
• Battery charging should be performed under ambient temperatures within the guaranteed operating range of 
0 to 40°C (32 to 104°F).
• Charging will stop if the ambient temperature is outside the chargeable temperature range (below 0°C or 
above 40°C).
• When charging in an environment of 35°C or higher, the charging time may be extended because the internal 
temperature rise is detected and charging is stopped and started repeatedly.
• If the battery is not fully charged after approximately 5 hours of charging, it is assumed that the battery is 
faulty and the Charge LED will flash. The battery cannot be used and should be replaced with another 
battery.

The LED flashing pattern is: lighting for 320 ms followed by a pause for 320 ms.
