Cut sheets from the front/rear
manual feeder have jammed.
To remove jammed paper, follow the steps below:
(1) Remove the jammed paper from the rear/front manual feeder.
(2) Open the printer cover and remove any other jammed paper if necessary.
Turn off the printer, and then turn it back on.
Reload the paper and restart printing.

Cannot remove the paper cassette.
You may have turned off the printer while an error had occurred.
Remove the paper cassette after turning the printer back on and waiting for a few
minutes.
The control panel display keeps
turning off.
Is the printer in sleep mode?
The printer returns to its normal status if any operation is performed that involves
hardware operations, such as when the screen display is restored by pressing any button
on the control panel (except for the P button) followed by pressing the Y button, or
when a print job is received. You can change the elapsed time before entering sleep mode
in the Maintenance Mode menu.

Color ink runs out quickly even
when printing in the Black mode or
when printing black data.
Color ink is consumed during the head cleaning process.
When performing All Colors or All Colors (Powerful) from Manual Cleaning, all nozzles
are cleaned and some ink from all colors is consumed. (Even when Black mode is selected,
the ink for all colors is consumed while cleaning.)

The paper is not cut cleanly.
Replace the cutter.
