Removing Jammed Paper
For roll paper
Follow the steps below if the roll paper is jammed.
1
Turn off the printer.

Open the Roll paper cover.

Remove the paper causing the paper jam.
4
Set the roll paper again and close the cover.
When a paper jam occurs, never pull out the paper forcibly.
