Restrictions on Printing Surface
Preprinting is prohibited within the detection area of the label removal detector.
• Preprinted thermal paper can cause printing defects or decrease in print density due to sticking of
the thermal head to the recording surface. Therefore, it is preferable not to use preprinted thermal
paper.
• When using preprinted thermal paper, perform preprinting according to the conditions
recommended by the paper manufacturer (ink type, printing conditions, etc.), and confirm in
advance that there are no printing defects, reduced printing density, or other problems with the
thermal paper.
