Setting the conditions that cancel the receive buffer BUSY state
• Cancels the BUSY state when the remaining capacity of the receive buffer reaches 256 bytes (initial setting)
• Cancels the BUSY state when the remaining capacity of the receive buffer reaches 138 bytes
