2. Remove the two head holder springs from the spring holder panel by rotating them.
3. Lift up the thermal print head assembly and remove the head FFC from the thermal print
head assembly.
CAUTION:
To prevent static-generated failures, keep the removed thermal print head
assembly in an anti-static bag or other suitable container.
