6 Operation
6.1 Mandatory reading
Always read and follow all instructions for proper usage prior to allowing any-
one to use the tanning device. The operating instructions included with this
device must always be followed to prevent possible injuries.
Inform users
– to use provided UV-blocking protective eyewear whenever the equipment
is energized.
– to follow the exposure schedule in accordance with their skin type. Fail-
ure to do so may result in overexposure.
A tanning system is not a toy. You cannot vary the strength of the lamps in
your unit.

WARNING!
Danger of skin injuries and skin diseases.
– The tanning device must never be used when a filter
panel is missing or damaged, or the timer is defective!
NOTE:
When describing the operation, the tanning device is often
shown with the canopy open. During tanning the canopy
must always be closed.
Proper operation is not possible with the canopy open.
