Y (Luminance) Defines the brightness of a particular point on a TV line. The only
signal required for black and white pictures.
Y/C Broadcast video with separate color, Y (luminance) and C (Chroma)
(sometimes called S-Video).
YUV Y: Luminance component (Brightness), U and V: Chrominance
(Color difference)
