Operation as a UPnP server is necessary to use it as a media

server.

Instead of using an NAS, audio files can also be put on a USB

flash drive or other USB storage device and that device con-

nected to a USB drive port on this unit. Then, those files can

be played back using the media server function of the N-05XD

(page14).
