Leak detection: continuous flow for
2 hours or volume drawn > 100G
in a row.
In case of recirculation system, check the
pump timer settings and avoid a continuous
operation for more than 2 hours.
Check any leak on a hot water outlet or any
open faucet.
232 Battery fault.
Check that the battery is well connected
(see page 13).
Disconnect the battery (see page 13) then disable
it through the touchscreen (see page 35).
Replace the battery (see page 13).
224 to 235 Component fault.
A component of your water heater may need to
be replaced, see our website for the exact one.
PROBLEM POSSIBLE CAUSES WHAT TO DO
Not enough
or no hot water
Electric supply may be o.
Make sure your water heater is electrically
connected and the circuit breaker is not
tripped.
Contact the local electric utility if your house
is not electrically supplied.
Contact your plumber or electrician to check
the electric connection of your water heater.
Water usage may exceed the
capacity to deliver the water at
the desired temperature.
Make sure no faucet is inadvertently open.
Water usage may have exceeded
the capacity of the water heater.
Wait for the water heater to recover after an
abnormal high demand.
Switch to a more adapted mode if it happens
regularly (See Heating modes section page 31).
The temperature set point may
be set too low.
See Setting the temperature section page 30.
The heat exchanger is scaled.
In case of very hard water, the heat exchanger of
your water heater may need to be descaled
(see page 41).
