Installation
LSS4 Field Wiring
The total length of the RS-485 communications loop used to connect
multiple annunciators when used with an LSS4 panel cannot exceed
4,500' (1372 M) in total length, based on #18 AWG twisted-pair wire.
Note: The terminals on the annunciators cannot accept wire greater
than #18 AWG.
Wire the annunciators per the figures that follow. The table below lists
these connections.

EOL Resistor Installation
UL listed 100 Ohm EOL resistors (P/N 260071 or EOL-100) are used
to terminate the RS-485 circuit. The RS-485 terminating EOL resistor
should be installed ONLY at the last physical connection location on
the data line.
