RUNNING IN
Since this is an electrical vehicle, there are no particular limits to observe.
! WARNING During the rst 200 km, we recommend greater caution,
so that the protective patina on the tyres wears out and the brake pads
adapt perfectly to the discs.
DIRECTION SELECTOR
The position of the lever for
selecting your direction indicates
where the vehicle is heading.
If the lever is all the way out (position D), Birò moves forward until it
reaches the max. speed when pressing the throttle.
If it is in central position (turtle icon), Birò moves forward at low speed
when pressing the throttle.
If it is all the way in (position R), reverse is active: the buzzer goes on
together with the corresponding light on the instrument panel in order to
warn about “reverse active”. When the throttle is pressed, Birò moves in
reverse at low speed.
BOOST BUTTON
! WARNING During the boost stage, there is larger power absorption
and, as a result, the autonomy of the vehicle is reduced.
When the BOOST button is pressed, the vehicle
acceleration increases. Press this button when
strictly required, for instance to climb up steep
ramps.
The BOOST function is disabled automatically 20
seconds after pressing of the button. In critical
conditions, such as very low or very high external
temperature, this function may be temporarily
unavailable to preserve the chemicals in the battery.
