HAND BRAKE
To lock it
Pull the lever toward yourself and check that the vehicle is perfectly
immobilised.
! WARNING Depending on the slope of the ground or on the state of
the load, the positioning notch of the lever of the hand brake required to
immobilise the vehicle may change.
! WARNING When ground slopes exceed 18%, supplementary
mechanical retainers/standstills must be envisioned.
To loosen it
Slightly pull the lever, press button A and push the lever up to the
completely advanced position.
! WARNING Before you sit down to drive, check that the hand brake is
completely loosened: there is the risk that the brakes overheat and the
vehicle range drops dramatically.
