IGNITION KEY BLOCKAGE PROCEDURES
FOR START UP AND STOP / SHUTDOWN
(discontinued model)
Ignition procedure
To start up the vehicle, rotate
the key clockwise by 90°.
After about 5 seconds, the
onboard computer display
comes on and your Birò is ready
to leave.
Stop/ shutdown procedure
For the shutdown stage, the
key must be rotated in the initial
position.
! WARNING With the key in the ignition position, there is power
consumption, albeit minimum. During stops, we suggest to turn the
key back to the stop/shutdown position. Leaving the key in the ignition
position for long periods of time may cause irreversible damage to the
batteries.
! WARNING If the key stays in the Start position over 12
consecutive hours, the battery may be damaged irremediably.
! WARNING In case of re or the beginning of re, rotate immediately
the key to the off position and take it out.
