Risk of injury
• This tumble dryer is not intended for use by persons (including
children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capacity or with
a lack of experience and knowledge, unless they are supervised
or instructed in how to use the tumble dryer by a person, who is
responsible for their safety.
• The tumble dryer is not a toy. Do not allow children to play with it.
• Do not remove and install the tumble dryer without instruction or
supervision.
• Do not place the tumble dryer on a washing machine without the
required fixings.
• Do not lean on an open door.
• The tumble dryer housing may be hot.
• During operation a tumble dryer gets hot at the rear. Keep children
away.
• Never operate the tumble dryer with wet or damp hands or feet.
• Only open the door once the drying program is complete to avoid
burns.
• Unplug the mains lead from the socket before cleaning or
maintenance.
• The tumble dryer should not be used if industrial chemicals have
been used for cleaning.
• Laundry stained with substances such as cooking oil, acetone,
alcohol, paraffin oil, kerosene, stain removers, turpentine, wax and/
or wax removers should be washed beforehand in hot water using
extra washing detergent.
• Never use a damaged, faulty or (partly) dismantled tumble dryer
with missing or broken parts.
Risk of damage
• Never put more than the permitted quantity of laundry in the tumble
dryer.
• Do not use the tumble dryer without a fluff lint filter and condenser
(EDM207L).
• To prevent water damage, only put properly spun laundry in the
tumble dryer.
• Do not put dry or dirty laundry into the tumble dryer.
• Make sure the tumble dryer is not exposed to moisture, direct
sunlight or other weather conditions.
