Problem Solution
Display does not come on. - Check that the plug is in the socket.
- Check that a drying program has been set.
- Check the fuse.

- Reservoir is full: empty the reservoir.
- Pump fault: check the pump.
- Check the hose for condensation.

- Air circulation is obstructed: clean the filter and the condenser.
Dryer does not switch on. - Check whether the START / PAUSE button has been pressed.
- Check that the door is properly closed and locked.
- Check that a drying program has been set.
There is a water leak. - Ensure the tumble dryer is properly levelled.
- Clean the condenser and the door seals.
The door opens by itself. - Push the door until you hear a clicking sound.
- Check that the tumble dryer is not overloaded.
Humidity in the room has
risen significantly.
- Ventilate the room properly.
- Clean the condenser.
- Check that the condenser is fitted.
Laundry not properly dry or
drying time too long.
- Clean the fluff lint filter and the condenser.
- Empty the reservoir.
- Check the water outlet.
- Check that the air inlet and air outlet are free.
- Clean the humidity sensors.
- Use a warmer drying program, or use the timer function.
