D19 - S3 power state indicator
If D19 is ON all S3 power supplies are switched ON and output voltages / currents are in
allowed tolerance.
D20 - S0 power state indicator
If D20 is ON all S0 power supplies are switched ON and output voltages / currents are in
allowed tolerance.
D18 - S5 power state indicator
If D18 is ON all S5 power supplies are switched ON and output voltages / currents are in
allowed tolerance.
