11. Insert buckle tongues into the crotch
buckle.
Insert the buckle tongues into the crotch buckle,
then lay the crotch strap in the seat, as shown.
12. Pull harness adjuster strap to remove
slack.

IMPORTANT: Pull forward and up on the base to ensure it
is securely fastened to the backrest.
